Class/ Self Evaluation

This course is about learning how to type and using a computer like going on the internet or using apps like microsoft word and microsoft power point.  What i liked about this class was doing the student success statement i liked how we would watch videos after the student success statement and learning a little back story about the person. What i didnt like about the class was all the typing but i guess this is what this class is all about. Some suggestions to improve this class would be 1.) make the class fun as possible 2.) more back story on the person who made this quote.  I did do my best in this class and brought my CTR card and how to notebook everyday. I tried my best in the typing tutor to. I am committed to be a CTR person everyday  because it feels good when you help other people and it also feels good when you dont have to worry about anything happening to you like getting grounded because you ditched school or didnt come home when you were supposed to. So these are my thoughts about this class and the end of semester. 

                   





                          The actual  IDP was good  we had to work in a team and get each others information. Our topic was about Prostate Cancer. My part was to get treatments and cures but i was going to do another part because one of my members didnt come. Things i learned was we have to work on the project before when we had vacation because we dont have time to work during school hours.  I didnt go to the presentation because i had a family emergency. At first in the project i was scared because i didnt know if my partners were going to do anything but they did do stuff.

  What i think this quote is about that in all your life to always do right. Like instead of doing drugs and bad things you can always do the right.  The choice of doing the right thing is always there when your about to do something bad think about the right thing. Another version of this quote is even though your friends and everyone else is doing bad things it doesnt you have to you can be by yourself but as long as you do the right.  What i also think this quote means is that no matter where you are and where you at to always do the right thing.

What this quote means is that if you do the right thing like dont do drugs or dont ditch school then you dont have to worry about getting in trouble. If you get bad grades and your grandma says if you do bad mijo im going to take your phone away then you get all sacred because then you don't know if your doing good in school.

    What these questions identify is that if people trust you to do something then to choose the right thing.  If you said no to one of these questions then you will still succeed but in a lower lever it might not be as high as you want. The last rule should be yes because you wouldnt call people names so then they can call you names back.  Everybody should be committed to do best in school.

     What i think this quote means  is that the body and mind dont work as good as it should when the body is physically fit.  When the body is fit the mind is able to work at its best at the highest skill.

  Dubai was voted one of the best place to live in the Middle East  by American global consulting film Mercer.  Dubai in 2012 was considered the 22nd most expensive city in the world and the most expensive in the Middle East.  Ancient towns were trading centers between Western and East worlds.  Dubai has a hot desert climate in summers its very hot, windy and humid.  Dubai and Ras al Khaimah are the only emirates that do not confirm to the federal justice system.  Kissing in public is strictly illegal if caught it can cause deportation. Homosexuality is illegal and if broken you can get punished by death penalty. I chose this place because famous people go over there and people that alot of money live there and i guess want to go there someday to.

   What i think this quote is that to set yourself a high goal that no one expects you to do and do it. If you fail do not excuse yourself if you didnt make into the team then you cant say ''ohh the coach doesnt like me''.  If the high standard is to get all A's and you tell everyone im going to set my goal to get

                                                                            Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving day is a day to give thanks of what you have and to give to other people its a day to be kind. The background of thanksgiving is that the pilgrims shared a three day festival with a tribe near them. The pilgrims didn't use mash potatoes, pumpkin pie, or cranberry sauce they had raw cranberries. The three day festival included eating, hunting and different activities but it wasnt a national holiday till a lot of years after.

                                 What i think this quote means like if you if you something is bad then dont do it. If something isn't true saying like ohh this girl ditched or this boy did drugs if you know its not true then dont say it or your going to get murked. If your friends tel you lets go to 7/11 and steal a triple cheese burger, dont go because you already know its bad. Rumors are not the truth all the time so dont think all rumors are real

What i think this quote means is that instead winning playing the game fair is what matters and playing with respect. Like if you and your friends are playing golf  and  at the end you notice that you lost but you made it in the hole more than him so then you notice that he cheated but you dont cheat now because he is,  you keep playing honorably and respectfully it dont  matter if you if you or loose as long as you play the right way.  CTR!!!

   What i think this quote means to be honest with yourself you have to have the courage to say no you also have to have the courage to face the truth. Those two  examples of integrity are ways to live your lives with honesty.  An example of what i think this quote means is that if you want to pass all your classes with A's and B's but then you miss one day of school and miss a important test and that B drops to a C and the teacher says you can make it up after school but your friends say lets go netflex and chill so u have a choice to choose what you want alot or something you want to do now.

          What i think this quote means is that if your are making you do something bad be the one to say no i wont do it even if your friends don't stand next to you. You can have the courage to say no i wont and im not going to do anything bad.  Instead them telling you to do bad things you can tell them no lets do something good instead.  If your ''friends'' make u do something bad then there not your friends.

What i think this quote means is that when you start doing what you have to do it wont be a problem no more so instead of not listening and keep getting stuff taken away or get grades you can just listen and get good grades so you can go to college and earn good money in life.

        What i think this quote means is that if we listen it adds to the stuff we do. If we listen thats our duty. Obedience is the most important duty we have like if we obey the teachers our duty would be to go to college.

What this quote is saying is that when you do something good like go to a ceremony because you do good in school  and your mom and dad are proud of you, you feel good because maybe you usually get bad grades.  The other one when i do bad, i feel bad is when you go to parent conference and your mom finds out that you have 3 F's and she tells you that she is dissapointed in you and then at home she doesn't even hit you because shes to sad.

 The twin tower attack was harsh and cruel. The people who have died in the incident rest in piece and will be missed.  The firefighters or cops that risked their lives to save other people i salute them.  When i heard the attack was when i was 8 because i was born in that same year so i was still a baby. Just by watching the videos gives me the chills i just could imagine being there person the people were filled with dust on them and some people just froze because of how scary it was.

i feel like those people that died shouldnt have died they were innocent people i bet there families were crying. I hope the attackers whoever they are died because of them alot of innocent people died but i guess thats how terrorist attacks are. I also feel bad because there were people who jumped and committed suicide.

                                       The quote is saying that the decisions that you make leads to your destiny meaning that if you make bad decisions you get a bad outcome or destiny. You make good decisions and you get a good destiny. The decisions that you you  make can lead to your destiny like if you lie to your parents and they find out your destiny will be bad like if they take away your phone.


An example of me choosing my destiny was in 7th grade i chose to fail all my classes and my destiny was that i couldnt use my phone or hangout with my friends.
