What this quote means is that the Ultimate choice the choice of your life is to be the best person you can be all day every day. The choice of being the best person you can be is going to affect you your whole no matter what. This choice from all the other choices is the most important because this will determine whether people are gonna like you or respect you. This choice anybody can make even if you've chosen the wrong before you can still make the choice and be good in the future.. This choice is one that you cannot get out of once you make this choice you'll need to be like that forever. Examples of being CTR everyday is helping anybody or anything out choose what you feel is right.

What this quote means is that beauty in character is the key to having peace in the world. That's the first step of having peace in the world. Like an example of beauty in character is being nice to someone and even though you been hurt and betrayed to still be nice. If everyone had beauty in character there would be no more wars no more problems everyone would be respectful to each other help each other out. We sadly have war all the time and innocent people die.

One big health issue we have going is the zika virus this health issue is bad it can affect babies  and the way you can get the zika virus is through Aedes or Aegypti mosquitos. Even though the zika virus is not deadly to older people, to pregnant ladies and babies are it's really dangerous what it does is it shrinks the baby's head the circumference is 31.5 or 32cm at birth.
